And known a being Campbell City Lot No. 6465 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 50 of Maps, Pages 28 and 29 of Mahoning County Records. Said Campbell City Lot No. 6465 has a frontage of 55 feet on the Northeasterly side of Maryknoll Drive, and extends back between parallel lines 125 feet on the Southeasterly line, 125 feet on the Northwesterly line and has a rear line of 55 feet, as appears by said plat.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
