Known as and being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29 (Tp. 18, N.R. 5 W.) Smith Township, Mahoning County, Ohio more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning for the same in an iron pin in the center of the Alliance Schring Road on the South line of Quarter Section 150.00 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Quarter Section; thence continuing West along the South line of the Quarter Section 150.00 feet on a point; thence North and passing over an iron pin 30 feet North of the corner of said road 665.00 feet to an iron pin, thence east 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence south and passing over an iron pin 30 feet north of the center of said 665.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.290 acres of land be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
