Amy E. Adams, Heir to the Estate of Jerry L. Bailey, if any, and Troy Adams whose last place of residence was 28330 Hartley Road, Beloit, Ohio 44609; and whose present place of residence is unknown.
Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Jerry L. Bailey whose last place of residence was 240 S 15th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672; and whose present place of residence is unknown.
Heather M. Johnson, Heir to the Estate of Jerry L. Bailey, if any, Chad Johnson, Kimberly A. Parker, Heir to the Estate of Jerry L. Bailey, if any, Amy E. Adams, Heir to the Estate of Jerry L. Bailey, if any, Troy Adams, and Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Jerry L. Bailey, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of November 2023, Brighthouse Life Insurance Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 02376 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, GE Money Bank have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 21-002-0-143.000
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 240 S. 15th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672. A Copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the County Auditors Office.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of Jerry L. Bailey (Deceased) and Defendant, Vicki L. Bailey in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.
DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 18th DAY OF APRIL, 2024.
