To: Tanisha Marie Queener, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Tina Marie McCall Carter, Deceased and Unknown Spouse, if an, of Tanisha Marie Queener, Name Unknown you will take notice that on the 1st day of November 2023, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County  Common Pleas Court, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 2023 CV 02210, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $15,475.69 plus interest at 14.38000% per annum from February 6, 2023, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of  a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property which  has a street address of 3349 Orrin Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 being permanent parcel number 

53-222-0-171.000.

 Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage,  marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an answer on or before the 27th day of March 2024.
