To: Devlyn A. Jones aka Devlyn A. Miles and Unknown Spouse of Devlyn A. Jones aka Devlyn A Miles, you will take notice that on the 26th day of December 2023, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the  Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas,  being Case No. 2023 CV 02500, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $46,198.73, plus interest at 5.060% per annum from May 7, 2023, plus late charges and fees application to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 227 Greeley Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, being permanent parcel number 53-245-0-026.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert an interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceed of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the Twenty-eight day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 26th day of March 2024.
