Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of John C. Vitullo as of 11/14/1988, Julie Doe, name unknown, spouse of Paolo J. Ricottilli as of 8/19/1992, Joanna Doe, name unknown, spouse of Liberia B. Ricottilli as of 8/19/1992, will take notice that the Plaintiff, PNC Bank National Association by merger to National City Bank, filed its Complaint  in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Canfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

All that certain piece or parcel of real property, with the improvements therein contained, situate and being a part of a condominium in the Township of Canfield, County of Mahonig and State of Ohio, known as designated as the same is defined in the Declaration of Condominium hereinafter referred to as; All of Unit 1 of the Mercedes Place Condominium.

The real property described is shown on the plans of a condominium certified by Joseph Farris and filed in the Mahoning County Clerk's Office on the 12th day of August, 1992, as Map No. Volume 85, Page 117-118, as defined in the Declaration of Condominium entitled the Mercedes Place Condominium made by the Grantor, dated August 12, 1992, in Volume 1660 of Deeds at Page 255-306, covering the property the herein described.

Together with an easement for the continuance of all encroachments by the Unit on any adjoining Unit(s) or common elements now existing as a result of construction of the building in which the Unit is located or which may come into existence hereinafter as a result of settling or shifting of the building, or as a result of repair or restoration of the building or of unit after damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, or after taking in condemnation or eminent domain proceedings, or by reason of an alteration to the common elements, so that any such encroachments may remain so long as the building shall stand.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the legal notice, said answer day being the 28th day of July 2022. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
