DEFENDANTS.
To Unknown Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Heirs, Unknown Spouses, of Devisees, Beneficiaries and Heirs and Creditors of Jesse L. Moorman, whose last known place of residence is unknown, each of you will take notice that on May 2, 2022, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 22CV 716, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the principal amount of $132,192.93, together with interest at the rate of 4.990% from February 16, 2019, and court costs, applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which ha a street address of 815 Old Furnace Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511. Permanenet Parcel No.: 53-136-0-077.000. A full description can be obtained from the Mahoning County Treasurer at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in said Promissory Note, the conditons of said Note and Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interst therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before 28 days after the last week that the publication has run for THREE successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of June 2022, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
