By virtue of Orders of Sale issued from the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Ronald Roman, licensed auctioneer with George Roman Auctioneers, LTD. and real estate agent with Howard Hanna, as a Private Selling Officer, has been ORDERED by the Court to offer for PUBLIC AUCTION on January 14, 2020 commencing at 4:00 PM, the following real property:

DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF SALE

On January 14, 2020 at 4:00 PM (EST) the real property will be sold by public auction at 293 Center Street, Struthers Ohio 44471.

TERMS OF SALE

The real property has an appraised value of $120,000.00. In accordance with Order of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, the real property cannot sell for less than two thirds (2/3rds) of the appraised value. Therefore, the minimum opening bid must be $80,000.00. A deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 to be paid by cash or cashier’s check, payable to the Private Selling Officer, Ronald Roman, within 24 hours of the sale, balance due within thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation of sale and, if not paid by that date, the deposit shall be forfeited and applied to the costs of this action. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. The auction is subject to postponement and cancellation. The real property is being sold in an “AS IS” condition. All inspections must be done prior to the auction. The auction of the real property is subject to confirmation of sale by the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas. The auctioneer reserves the right to announce additional procedures for conducting the auction, if any, at the time of the auction.
