The Defendants, Stoll, Evans & Bayus LLC, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C Krut (Deceased) and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C. Krut, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 14, 2019, the Plaintiff, Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2017-4, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture trust, filed its Complaint in Case No 19CV 2076, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5641 Tarrytown Ln, Austintown, Ohio 44515, Permanent Parcel No. 48-096-0-015.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Stoll, Evans & Bayus LLC, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and thier Spouses, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C. Krut (Deceased) and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C. Krut is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 8th day of January 2020. In the event that the Defendants, Stoll, Evans & Bayus LLC, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C. Krut (Deceased) and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Antoinette C. Krut aka Antonette C. Krut failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
