 The Defendants, John H. Terlesky and Linda Terlesky, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 11, 2019, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 19CV 2074, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 316 Argyle Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, Permanent Parcel No. 29-008-0-217.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

 The Defendants, John H. Terlesky and Linda Terlesky are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 7th day of January 2020. In the event that the Defendants, John H. Terlesky and Linda Terlesky failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
