DEFENDANTS.

Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Rose Lathrop, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Uknown and Vrable V. Inc., dba, Beeghly Oaks Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, whose last known address is 6505 Market Street, Bldg. D, Boardman, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on August 9, 2018, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 18CV 2098, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Rose Lathrop, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONOLY KNOWN AS: 364 Johnston Place, Youngstown, Ohio 44514

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 36-001-0-050.000 and 36-001-0-051.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of November, 2018.
