at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
Known as being Sub Lot No. 122 in Hopkins Heights Plat No. 4, a Subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 1, Fourth Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 53 of Maps, Page 3 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Sub Lot No. 122 has a frontage of 75 feet on the southwesterly side of Schenley Avenue and extends back 192.21 feet on the southeasterly line, 206.34 feet on the northwesterly line, and has rear line of 76.32 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 3932 South Schenley, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 29-084-0-063.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $90,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
