The Defendant, Popular Financial Services, LLC, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on July 31, 2018, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Equity One ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2002-5, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 2033, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2427 Cooper St., Youngstown, Ohio 44502, Permanent Parcel No. 53-108-0-132.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Popular Financial Services, LLC is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 4th day of October, 2018. In the event that the Defendant, Popular Financial Services, LLC failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
