Makatura, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Gabriel Makatura, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Anna Marie Makatura, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Katherine Ann Makatura, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on May 24, 2018, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 18CV 1451, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Rita A. Makatura, Deceased, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Gabriel Makatura, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Anna Marie Makatura, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Katherine Ann Makatura have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 745 Coitsville Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 46-011-0-008.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of September, 2018.
