The Defendants, Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniels and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniels, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the April 30, 2018, the Plaintiff, BBJD Ventures, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 1127, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 330 Bradley Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44504. Permanent Parcel No. 53-014-0-364.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniels and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniel are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 20th day of September, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniels and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Andrea R. Daniels aka Andrea Daniels failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
