at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Village of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Lot Number 372 as lots are now numbered in said Village and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the Youngstown-Poland Road where the same is intersected by the Southerly line of Meadow Lane; thence North 86 deg. 22' West along the Southerly line of Meadow Lane a distance of 300 feet to a point: thence South 3 deg. 10' West a distance of 190 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 22' East a distance of 300 feet to the Westerly line of the Youngstown-Poland Road; thence North 3 deg. 10' East along the Westerly line of the Youngstown-Poland Road, a distance of 190 feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 725 N. Main Street, Poland, Ohio 44514.

APPRAISED VALUE: $137,666.67.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
