at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2838 Market Street, YCL No. 41101, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-123-0-220.00.
The Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation has determined this property to be nonproductive lands as defined in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.01(F)(2). As such, if at the Sherff's sale the minimum bid for the prperty is not received, the property shall be sold or transferred to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.03 (D).
***If such parcels do not receive a bid in an amount equal to or greater to the minimum bid at the Sherff's sale, then the property shall be sold or transferred to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Program (One sale only).
MINIMUM BID:
$8,256.13 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
