DEFENDANTS.
Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Thomas E. Peckham, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas E. Peckham, whose last known address is 1420 N Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, will take notice that on April 16, 2018, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 18CV 968, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Thomas E. Peckham and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas E. Peckham, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PREMISES COMMNLY KNOWN AS: 1420 North Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-180-0-325.000, 53-180-0-326.000, 53-180-0-327.000 and 53-180-0-328.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of July, 2018.
