The Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Scott A. Buxton (deceased) and Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and/or Representatives of Scott A. Buxton (deceased), but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on March 19, 2018, Plaintiff, Home Point Financial Corporation s/b/m to Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, filed a Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 18CV 755, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 175 W. Virginia Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672, being permanent parcel number 21-006-0-034.000 ("Real Estate") and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Scott A. Buxton (deceased) and Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and/or Representatives of Scott A. Buxton (deceased) is/are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, said answer day being the 3rd day of July, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Scott A. Buxton (deceased) and Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and/or Representatives of Scott A. Buxton (deceased), fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
