By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 52039. Said City Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the Westerly side of Jacobs Road and extends back between parallel lines of equal width a distance of 148 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Parcel 2:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 52040. Said City Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the Westerly side of Jacobs Road in said City, and extends back between parallel lines of equal width a distance of 146.21 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 52044. Said City Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the Westerly side of Jacobs Road in said City, and extends back between parallel lines of equal width a distance of 146.79 feet on the Northerly line and 148.93 feet on the Southerly line. Be the same more or less, but subject to legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

All of Lots No. 52042 and 52043, each having a frontage of the West side of Jacobs Road of Forty (40) feet and Lot No. 52042 having a depth of 145.5 feet and Lot No. 52043 having a depth of 146.69 feet and each lot having a uniform width. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And being known as City Lot No. 52041 according to latest enumeration of lots in said City. Said lot having a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the South side of Jacobs Road and extending to a depth along the West line of said lot of 146.35 feet, and to a depth along the East line of said lot of 146.5 feet, and is Forty (40) feet in width at the rear. Be the same more or less but subject to legal highways.

Parcel 6:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 52038. Said lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the Westerly side of Jacobs Road in said City and extends back between parallel lines of equal width a distance of 145.92 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 1006 Jacobs Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

APPRAISED VALUE: $15,000.00.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
