at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio being known as part of City Lot Number 61846 as shown in Normandy Plat No. 1, recorded in Mahoning County Record of Plats Volume 84, Page 19, further described as follows; Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly right of way line of Kirk Road and the centerline of Gordon Lane, a 50 foot right of way; thence south 75° 20' east, along the north property line of City Lot Number 57423, a distance of 123.61 feet to a point on the northwest corner of City Lot Number 57422, said point being common with the northeast corner of City Lot Number 57423; thence south 14° 52' west, along the westerly line of City Lot Number 57422, a distance of 200 feet to a point on the southwest corner of City Lot Number 57422, said point being common with the northwest corner of City Lot Number 61846, said point also being the true point of beginning; thence south 75° 20' east, a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence north 14° 52' east, a distance of 60 feet to a point on the southeast corner of City Lot Number 57422, said point being common with the southwest corner of City Lot Number 57421; thence south 59° 46' west, along the southeasterly line of City Lot Number 57422, a distance of 85 feet, to the place of beginning and containing approximately 1,799,028 square feet of land 0.0414 acres, more or less, and being subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as all of Youngstown City Lot Number 57422 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City and as shown in a Plat recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats Volume 31 at Page 52, said Lot No. 57422 fronts 60 feet on the southerly line of Kirk Road and extends back by its westerly line a distance of 200 feet, by its easterly line a distance of 140 feet and is 85 feet wide across the rear.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 2517 Kirk Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

APPRAISED VALUE: $72,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
