By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JULY 10, A.D. 2018 AND

TUESDAY, JULY 24, A.D. 2018

Situated in the Township of Beaver, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: Known as Lot No. 9, as shown in a Plat thereof known as Crawford Detwiler Plat No. 7, recorded in Volume 87, Page 185, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Sublot No. 9 has a frontage of 150 feet on the West line of Detwiler Road and extends back on its North line 300 feet, and extends back on its South line 300 feet, and has a rear line of 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 11800 Detwiler Rd, Columbiana, Ohio 44408.

APPRAISED VALUE: $207,000.00.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
