Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Plat Lot No. 2 in J.A. Lio Plat No. 1 a subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township Great Lot No. 74 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 38 of Maps, Page 206 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Plat Lot No. 2 has a frontage of 100 feet on the northerly side of New Castle Road and extends back between parallel lines 347 feet on the westerly line, 347 feet on the easterly line, and has a rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said plat. Subject to and together with all easements, restrictions and legal highways, if any, of record.

APPRAISED VALUE: $90,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
