Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot 1 in the Forsythe Plat No. 1, as found in Volume 79 at Page 214 of Mahoning County Record of Plats and being further described as follows: Said Lot 1 has a frontage of 180.00 feet on the northerly right-of-way line of Columbiana Road, an easterly line of 492.55 feet, westerly lines of 200.00 feet, 110.00 feet and 414.45 feet, and a rear line of 254.17 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 1948 Columbiana Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44443.

MINIMUM BID:

$85,000.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
