The Defendants, Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of September, 2017, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, filed its Complaint in Case Number 17CV 2508, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 531 Sherwood Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel No. 53-130-0-009.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 2nd day of January, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Peggy Ann Agee aka Peggy Price failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
