By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, located at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JANUARY 9, A.D. 2018

at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tene-ments, to-wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 46-007-0-207.000.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 129 Adams Street, Lot No. 129.

The Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation has deter-mined this property to be nonproductive lands as defined in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.01(F)(2). As such, if the minimum bid is not received for such property at the sale, it shall be sold to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.03(D).

MINIMUM BID:

$3,480.00 plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: CERTIFIED CHECK.

Ten percent (10%) deposit on day of sale, balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
