Defendants, The Clinton Oil Company, whose last known address is 4770 Indianola Ave., Columbus, OH 43214, will take notice that on September 11, 2017, Christiana Trust, A Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2012-11 C/O BSI Financial Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 17CV 2376, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant, The Clinton Oil Company, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 12500 New Buffalo Road, North Lima, Ohio 44452-9518

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 05-128-0-002.010

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of December, 2017.
