DEFENDANTS.

Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of Dale A. Graffius, whose last known address is 14020 Beard Road, New Springfield, OH 44443, and will take notice that on the 31st day of July, 2017, Quickens Loans Incorporated filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 17CV 1976 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 14020 Beard Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44443 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 6100, Page 1921, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 01-160-0-004.000

The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of December, 2017, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
