John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Andrew Bicanovsky and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Andrew Bicanovsky; and the unknown spouse, of Andrew Bicanovsky, whose last known address is Unknown, John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Shirley Bicanovsky and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator or personal representative of the Estate of Shirley Bicanovsky; and the unknown spouse of Shirley Bicanovsky, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on August 9, 2017, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Merril Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 17CV 2073. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plainitff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
