Rosemary Balash, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Despena Dickson, whose last known address is 3440 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, John Doe, Name Unknown, the Unkown Spouse of Rosemary Balash (if any), whose last known address is 3440 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, will take notice that on February 21, 2017, Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 17CV 428. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3343 Lawnview Avenue, Lowellville, Ohio 44436.
