Situated in Great Lot Number 78, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Lowellville-Bedford Road, said point lies North 20° 19' West a distance of 270.6 feet and North 6° 50' East a distance of 810 feet as measured along the center line of Lowellville-Bedford Road from its intersection with the South line of Great Lot Number 78; thence North 89° 31' West a distance of 400 feet to a point; thence North 6° 50' East a distance of 180 feet to a point; thence South 89° 31' East a distance of 400 feet to a point in the center line of the Lowellville-Bedford Road; thence South 6° 50' West along the centerline of said Road a distance of 180 feet to the point of beginning and containing within said bounds approximately 1,642 acres.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
