By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, A.D. 2017 AND

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, A.D. 2017

at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being the north 25 feet of Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-seven (22397) and the south 50 feet of Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-eight (22398) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly the north 25 feet of Lot No. 7 and the south 50 feet of Lot No. 8 in Plat of The Woodbridge Lots, as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 63, Mahoning County Records.

Said lots have a combined frontage of Seventy-five (75) feet on the east line of Glacier Heights, formerly known as Morse Street, and extends back on their north line Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet, and on, their south line Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet, having a combined rear line of Seventy-five (75) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: Glacier Heights Road, (Vacant Land); 702 Glacier Heights Road and Glacier Heights Road, (Vacant Land), Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

APPRAISED VALUE: $70,000.00.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
