at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 843, of Wicklieffe, as recorded in Volume 19 at Page 58, Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said Lot No. 843 has a frontage of 40 feet on the east line of North Main Street and extends back therefrom of even width a distance of 140 feet.

And known as being Lot No. 842 in said Subdivision, plat of which is recorded in Volume 19 at Page 58 of the Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said Lot No. 842 has a frontage of 50 feet on the east line of North Main Street and extends back therefrom of even width a distance of 140 feet.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 233 North Main Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 48-024-0-412.000 and 48-024-0-413.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $43,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
