Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Great Lot No. 7 in the Fourth Division of Boardman Township, and part of General Plan of Lands known as Lockwood Boulevard Estates, and which part is bounded and description as follows;
Beginning at a point in the center line of Lockwood Boulevard where said center line intersects the Southerly line of lands now or formerly owned by H.A. Osborn; thence S 85 deg 17' E a distance of 277.55 feet to an iron pin; in the Westerly line of Mill Creek Park; thence S. 30 deg 30' W along the Westerly line of Mill Creek Park a distance of 111.97 feet to an iron pin; thence N 85 deg 27' W a distance of 277.60 feet to the center line of Lockwood Blvd., thence N 30 deg 17' E along the center line of Lockwood Blvd., a distane of 112.90 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within the boundaries, 0.51 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 6713 Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512.

APPRAISED VALUE: $189,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
