DEFENDANTS.
Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Helen M. Latronica, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on April 10, 2017, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, dba, Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 17CV 861, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Helen M. Latronica, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1955 South Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-158-0-102.000
The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the condition of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure, of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of June, 2017.
