Zupko, Deceased, whose last known address is 423 Wesley Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509; Unknown Tenants, whose last known address is 423 Wesley Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509 will take notice that on March 21, 2017, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Michael Zupko, aka Michael E. Zupko, deceased, breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 423 Wesley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-175-0-272.00-0

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of June, 2017.
