at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 55 in Correction Plat of Lots 54 and 55 of Burgess Run Heights Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township Great Lot No. 18, as shown by a Plat recorded in Volume 52, Page 161 of Mahoning County Records and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly curved side of Bendemeer Drive at the intersection of the northerly line of Lot No. 57; thence westerly along the northerly line of Lot No. 57 a distance of 247.81 feet to a point; thence northerly a distance of 235.18 feet to a point; thence easterly a distance of 267.42 feet but to westerly line of Lot No. 54; thence southerly along the westerly line of Lot No. 54 a distance of 207.76 feet to Bendemeer Drive Cul-de-Sac; thence southwesterly along Bendemeer Drive Cul-de-Sac an arc distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 7848 Bendemeer Drive, Poland, Ohio 44514.

APPRAISED VALUE: $122,333.33.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
