Defendants, Robert Braho and Jane Doe, Real name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert Braho, whose last known address is 456 6th Street, Struthers Ohio 44471 and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Robert Braho, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on February 7, 2017, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 17 CV 325, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Robert Braho and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert Braho and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Robert Braho, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 456 6th Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 38-018-0-154.000 and 38-018-0-155.000

The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the condition of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure, of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of May, 2017.
