Johnson-Braxton aka Felicia Lynette Johnson aka Felicia Lynette Moore, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on February 3, 2017, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 17CV 290, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 311 Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel Nos. 53-125-0-213.000 and 53-125-0-214.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Felicia L. Johnson-Braxton aka Felicia Lynette Johnson aka Felicia Lynette Moore, is required to answer the Plainitff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 23rd day of May, 2017. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Felicia L. Johnson-Braxton aka Felicia Lynette Johnson aka Felicia Lynette Moore failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
