at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot Number 3 in Hopkins Heights Plat Number 1, a Subdivision of a Part of Boardman Township Great Lot Number 1 of the 4th Division as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 40 of Maps, Page 2, Mahoning County Records, and being further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning as the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Sublot Number 3 with the Northwesterly side of Hopkins Road; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly side of Hopkins Road a distance of 127.97 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet a distance of 39.27 feet to a point on the Southwesterly curved side of Zander Court; thence along the Southwesterly curved side and the Southerly Side of Zander Court a distance of 67.66 feet to the Northwesterly Corner of Sublot Number 3; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly Line of Sublot Number 3 a distance of 140.97 feet to the Southwesterly Corner of Sublot Number 3; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly Line of Sublot Number 3 a distance of 91.14 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 991 Zander Court, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

APPRAISED VALUE: $71,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
