at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Campbell City Lots No. 970 and 971 in the Adams & Obendorfer Plat as recorded in Volume 5, Page 19, Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Parcel 2:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Campbell City Lot No. 948 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and bounded and described as follows:
Said part of Campbell City Lot No. 948 commences at the northeast corner of said Lot No. 948 as platted; Thence South 2 degrees West 107 feet 2 inches; Thence North 58 degrees 15' West 67 feet 7 inches to the southeast corner of Campbell City Lot No. 970 in Adams & Obendorfer First Plat recorded in Volume 5, Page 19, Mahoning County Record of Plats; Thence along the easterly line of Campbell City Lot No. 970 North 40 degrees 7' East 96 feet 4 inches to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 32 Ohio Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 46-002-0-070.000, 46-002-0-071.000 and 46-002-0-072.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $41,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
