And known as being the south 45 feet of City outlot number 100 as lots are now numbered in said City, and formerly known as the South 45 feet of outlot 7 as shown by the South Youngstown Land Company's sub-division, plat of which is recorded in Volume 9, of Maps at Page 59, Mahoning County Records.

Said part of said lot fronts 45 feet on the West side of Eighth Street and extends back, of even width 320 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 511 8th Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

APPRAISED VALUE: $44,000.00.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
