The Defendant, Clarence E. Shaffer aka Clarence Shaffer, whose current addres is unknown, will take notice that on January 9, 2017, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 17CV 68, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5622 Tulane Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515. Permanent Parcel No. 48-120-0-087.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Clarence E. Shaffer aka Clarence Shaffer is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 18th day of April, 2017. In the event that the Defendant, Clarence E. Shaffer aka Clarence Shaffer failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
