Abblett, Jr.; and the unknown spouse of Paul R. Abblett, AKA Paul R. Abblett, Jr., whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on January 23, 2017, Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 17CV 190. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclosure the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plainitff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
