Bank N.A. v. Sandra Lee NeCaster aka Sandra L. NeCaster aka Sandra NeCaster, et al., Case No. 16CV 2059 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Tom NeCaster aka Thomas A. NeCaster aka Thomas Anthony NeCaster's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Lot #50 in said Township and further being described as follows:

Lot #6 containing 2.782 acres of land, more or less, as said lot is described in the H.C. & W.E. Humberston Plat #5, Lots #5 & #6, said plat being a replat of the H.C. & W.E. Humberston Plat #1 (Volume 61, Page 268) and a replat of H.C. & W.E. Humberston Plat #2, Lot #2 as found in Volume 70, Page 215.
