The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Edward J. Brannan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward J. Brannon, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on November 28, 2016, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No 16CV 3217, in the Court of Common Pleas Of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4637 Burkey Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515, Permanent Parcel No. 48-114-0-039.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Edward J. Brannan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward J. Brannan are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint with twentry-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 11th day of April, 2017. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of Edward J. Brannan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward J. Brannan failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
