And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 39599 acording to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sublot No, 170 in Brownlee Woods, Plat No. 1, a Subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Lot No. 18, 4th Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 86 of Mahoning County Records.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 1630 Weston Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514.

APPRAISED VALUE: $53,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
