at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 41629 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 33, Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The property is known for street numbering purposes as: 3011 Kiwatha Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-129-0-188.000 ("Certificate Parcel").
***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.
MINIMUM BID:
$27,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
