at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sub Lot No. 185 and No. 186 in Lyon Park Plat, Division B, a subdivision of a part of Poland Township Great Lot No. 4, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 82, and Replat in Volume 65, Page 11, of Mahoning County Records.
Said Sub Lot No. 185 and No. 186 have a combined Frontage of 125 feet on the north side of Lyon Blvd., and extends back therefrom fetween parallel lines a distance of 140 feet and having a rear line of 125 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 2410 Lyon Boulevard, Poland, Ohio 44514.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 39-003-0-276.000 and 39-003-0-277.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $102,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
