McCullough, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on June 5, 2019, MidFirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas  at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 19CV 1150 and styled MidFirst Bank vs. Kathleen M. Thomas, as Possible Heir to the Estate of David E. McCullough, et al. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
